2018 District 6-6A Champions
We have put together our schedule for weight workouts and football skills for the next three weeks. These workouts are a continuation of the strength and conditioning program and football skill work that occurred in Summer J.A.C. While these workouts are optional, they provide important development to prepare all of our players for the start of practice on Sept. 8th, when in-person learning will begin.
We will begin separate workout times/football skills for 9th, JV and Varsity. Freshmen will have weight workouts on T, Th mornings and will have football skill work on M, W mornings.
JV/VAR players will have weight workouts on M, W and Friday mornings, and will come back in the afternoons for Football skill work. The schedule, along with times, are outlined on the attachments to the right.
